These Melamine and
laminate blades come in two tooth configurations: Hi-ATB and Hollow
Face Grind. Both are designed to give you smooth, chip-free cuts in
Melamine, laminated wood products, composite materials and fine
veneers. And both are made with Micro-Sheen C-4 sub-micron
carbide for extended life. For use on table saws and vertical panel saws,
including metric European machines.

Hi-ATB (HATB)
A higher angle on the top bevel (+30°) gives this saw an extra-sharp
shearing action to slice through single or double-sided laminates and
veneered plywood without
chipping.

Hollow Face Grind (HF)
The shape of these tips in essence gives you two cutting edges on the
sides of the hollow ground tooth. As the blade passes through the material, the teeth
are planing the sides of the cut. The hollow ground teeth alternate with
one in a wedge shape. |
