With their alternating
top, alternating face bevel teeth, these plastic cutting blades will
give you the cleanest cuts in acrylic, vinyl and other thin plastic
materials you've ever seen. The beveled face on the tips plane the
sides of the cut as the beveled tops slice through. And with runout
of .002" or less, the cut edges will be very smooth.
These blades are designed for cutting
a maximum thickness of 3/8". For thicker plastics, we recommend
the General
Purpose - TCG blades. |
Yes, they're expensive, but worth it when your bottom line counts. And the
tips will stay sharp a long, long time cutting plastic.
ATAF - Alternating Top Bevel, Alternating Face Bevel
ATAF+R - Four ATAF teeth followed by a Flat Top Raker tooth to clean out
the cut
