Perhaps the late President Harry S. Truman said it best: "The buck stops here."

We will never share your personal information - email address, name, address or anything else - with anyone, except as needed for shipping. It will not be sold, traded, bartered or used for any purpose by anyone other than Just Saw Blades. We will keep it on file so that we can contact you to let you know about any periodic specials or important announcements. 

SECURITY

We have partnered with Network1 Financial, Inc. for our credit card processing and when you order from Just Saw Blades all the information you enter is going via secure, encrypted connection directly to their servers. No one sees your credit card information - not even us. Using this method is much more secure than handing your card to a waiter or hotel desk clerk or giving out the information over the phone!

RETURNS

Customer service is our #1 Priority.

If you should have to return a SystiMatic blade you will need to contact us to get a  Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number. We want you to be satisfied so we'd also like to hear about the problem so we can work with you and the manufacturer to take care of the situation. You can either email us or call us at 425-828-0830. SystiMatic is quite reasonable on returns but PLEASE do not attempt to deal with them directly.

(A personal note here: The people at Simonds, the company that now owns SystiMatic, are not in the business of selling to or dealing with the end user of SystiMatic products. They want the customer to be satisfied but if you call the number on the box you will NOT reach any customer service department or returns department. Frankly, anytime someone has called them to go around the channels set up to handle customer service and returns, it has gotten messed up and it takes weeks to straighten it out. So please don't do it!)

It's reasonable to assume that any defect will show up right away and it's also reasonable to expect that you will have a chance to use any saw blade within 90 days of purchase. Any longer than that and we reserve the right to presume that the blade may have been damaged in use or has become dull. 

If the blade proves to be defective, we will reimburse you for any return shipping (or the shipping will be prepaid) and make sure the shipping back to you doesn't cost you anything. SystiMatic may not send you a free replacement blade until this determination has been made. If you were sent the wrong blade due to our error we will pay the shipping on the replacement and it will be shipped promptly. 

If you wish to return it for any reason other than our error,  or a defect in material or workmanship, contact us.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the blade is not defective so please make sure you ordered the right blade and the machine you're using it on isn't the cause of the problem.

Disclaimer:
No blade will be guaranteed to cut chip-free on a radial arm or vertical panel saw! These machines are prone to carriage and/or arbor play and are inherently inaccurate.

It is imperative that you save a tracking number when you ship anything back to SystiMatic so it can be verified that you sent it. This is for your protection. No credit will be issued until it can be verified that the blade(s) has been shipped and received.

In any event, a return must be shipped to Simonds within 14 days of receiving your RGA.

SHIPPING 

"How much is the shipping?"

Our shopping cart program will compute the UPS charges to ship your order from the SystiMatic warehouse direct to you, based on the delivery address you enter and the approximate total weight of the order. You can choose a service that's faster than the default UPS Ground Shipping if you want and the amount will reflect that. We don't mark up shipping charges! 

SystiMatic sometimes uses FedEx to save on shipping costs and the figure the shopping cart gets from UPS may be higher than the actual cost; if this happens the amount charged to your credit card will be adjusted accordingly.

"When will I get my blades?"

SystiMatic blades are usually shipped within two business days of when we receive your order. Occasionally, we run into a situation where the warehouse is out of stock on something; we will do our best to find out when it will be in and advise you accordingly. At that point you will have the option of waiting, revising your order or canceling.

Neither the warehouse, UPS or FedEx work on weekends so keep that in mind. If you order Friday and request 3 Day Select shipping, for example, don't expect your order to arrive until Thursday. If you request Next Day Air it will most likely be Tuesday when you get it.

Orders are now being shipped from Big Rapids, Michigan. This means less transit time to most parts of the US, probably four business days maximum via UPS or FedEx Ground.

"Can I order from Just Saw Blades if I'm not in the USA?"

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ON CREDIT CARDS! NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE DON'T EVEN ASK!

We may be able get an order to you outside the US if

  • You have an account with an expeditor (consolidator) we can have it shipped to an FOB address in the US for further shipping to you. Or....

  • You have an account (and sufficient credit) with an international courier (like DHL, FedEx, UPS or Airborne) who will handle the logistics and paperwork. You can have them pick it up at the warehouse, with the shipping cost put on your account.

  • In either case, payment would be by international money order or wire transfer.
